III. Symptoms

  1. Pleuritic Chest Pain
    1. Accentuated by respiratory movements

IV. Signs

  1. Apply pressure on remote segment of the rib
    1. Causes Fracture site pain

V. Differential Diagnosis

  1. Costochondritis

VI. Radiology: Rib XRay or Chest XRay

  1. Often normal despite Fracture
