- Lower extremity edema
- Right leg more often affected
- Bilateral involvement in 25% of cases
- Involves foot dorsum up to knee

- Swelling of external genitalia
- Intestinal lymphangiectasia, protein-losing Enteropathy
- Cystic Hygroma
- Pulmonary lymphangiectasia
