II. Epidemiology
- Most common cause of Chronic Cough in non-smoking adults with intact immunity and normal Chest XRay
III. Causes

IV. Signs
- Posterior pharynx drainage or mucus
- Throat clearing
- Nasal Discharge
- Oropharyngeal mucosa with cobblestone appearance
V. Imaging
- Consider Sinus XRay or Sinus CT if persistent symptoms refractory to treatment
VI. Management
- Treat specific causes
- Trial on empiric therapy

- Consider oral Antihistamine alone or in combination with a Decongestant
- Consider Intranasal Steroid
- Consider intranasal Atrovent
